The advanced SureFire SF3P-762-5/8-24 three-prong flash hider fits 7.62mm rifles with 5/8-24 muzzle threads, including Armalite AR-10 and DPMS LR308. It features a patent-pending design that reduces muzzle flash by over 99% compared to a plain muzzle, significantly enhancing concealment and improving night vision retention.
Boasting robust tines designed to withstand the rigors of combat, the SF3P-762-5/8-24 also serves as a reliable mounting adapter for SureFire SOCOM Series 7.62mm Fast-Attach® suppressors. Precision machined from US mill-certified heat-treated stainless steel bar stock, the flash hider includes high-precision single-point cut threads to ensure an optimal thread interface. Its black Ionbond DLC coating provides maximum protection in harsh environments and makes cleaning easier after extended use.
When paired with a SureFire SOCOM Series suppressor, the SF3P-762-5/8-24 offers multiple bearing surfaces for superior suppressor alignment, preventing audible ringing of tines inside the suppressor. The rear labyrinth seal minimizes carbon buildup in the indexing system, ensuring smooth suppressor removal even after prolonged firing.
